Questions about Social Media
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Connect each with its own sign-in from your Parsley admin. Posts to your Google Business Profile are handled in the Google product.
Will the captions sound like me?
The AI uses your restaurant’s name and description plus the tone you pick for each post, and you always see the caption before it goes out. Edit anything, or undo and try again.
Can I post to several networks at once?
Each post goes to one network, so it can use that network’s fields and formats. Reuse the photo and caption to create the same post for another network in a few taps.
What does it cost?
Social Media is an add-on subscription. The price is shown in your account before you subscribe, and one plan covers all six networks.
Can I save a draft and finish later?
Yes. Save a post as a draft and come back to it whenever you like. The posts list shows everything by status, draft, scheduled, publishing, published, or failed, and you can filter it by platform.
What media can I upload?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF images up to 5 MB each, and MP4 or MOV videos up to 512 MB. Pick from your Parsley media library or drop in new files, which join the library for reuse on your website and menu.
