-When did you open Chicken Shack in Astoria? I opened it in March 2009.
-What made you want to open Chicken Shack in the first place? I was doing this for years in the city, and I thought Astoria was missing a good chicken place so I decided to open one.
-What is the most popular dish on your menu? The whole chicken and the ribs, the chicken souvlaki platter, and the chicken grilled vegetables.
-What is your favorite dish on the menu? Why? The chicken grilled vegetables, because they healthy and tasty.
-What is the secret to why people love Chicken Shack so much? Tasty food, good prices and a nice, cozy environment.
-With the recent move from 30th Ave to Broadway, do you see the same customers, or are you seeing a whole new set of customers? We still have the same customers and a bunch of new costumer too.
-How has Astoria changed over the years since you’ve been there? Every year is getting better.
