## Questions about Online Ordering

### Is it really free? What does an order cost?

Parsley takes nothing from your food sales and there is no monthly fee for ordering. A 5% platform fee, capped at $3.99, is added to the guest’s total at checkout, and standard card processing comes out of your payout, as with any online checkout.

### Who delivers the orders?

Your own drivers by default. Draw delivery zones with their own fees, minimums, and time estimates. If you want on-demand couriers, connect DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct and request a driver from the order. Courier dispatches are billed to you per delivery.

### How do orders reach my kitchen?

Through the Parsley Manager app on an Android tablet: accept, confirm, complete, or refund orders, mark items sold out, and print to Star, Citizen, Sunmi, or iMin printers. Orders also show in your admin on the web, and guests get email confirmations.

### Can I import my menu?

Yes. During setup Parsley pulls your categories, items, modifiers, and photos from Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, or GloriaFood. If you are not on any of those, the menu editor is quick to fill by hand.
